Country Harvest Soup originated in the beautiful Palouse of Washington State. 
The Palouse region is located in the Pacific Northwest of the United States and
includes part of Washington, Oregon and Idaho.  Many believe "The Palouse" is
the lentil capital of the world as the growing conditions are perfect for lentils with
warm summer days, cool nights and rich volcanic soil.

Country Harvest is a small family owned business where we process, package
and sell our products.  We support the Pacific Northwest by using local crops
and supplies.
